BBQ Summer Fruits Marinated Steak with Fruity Chutney

After being inspired by the #RaiseTheSteaks campaign that we took part in recently, we made this BBQ Summer Fruits Marinated Steak with Fruity Chutney to make our barbecue more exciting.

A Healthy and Flavourful BBQ

This BBQ Summer Fruits Marinated Steak with Fruity Chutney is so easy to make. The steak takes on the flavour of the summer fruits brilliantly. The fruity chutney is a tasty replacement for the usual ketchup. Above all, this recipe is very healthy.

BBQ Summer Fruits Marinated Steak with Fruity Chutney recipe. The perfect barbecue food! We have been trying out steak on the barbecue this year. It is great to try out something different on the barbecue as we have the usual burgers, sausages and chicken usually. This summer fruits marinade and chutney is made from frozen summer fruits (grapes, blackberries and other berries). We have blanded some of the sauce to make the marinade and set aside some to make the chutney using apple cider vinegar to help. We have put the marinated steak on ciabatta or panini to make it more special. We have also added cubes of apple and lettuce, along with sliced, marinated aubergine. This is a very healthy BBQ food, with lots of of fruit and vegetables. It is great to try something new on the barbecue. Great food for summer. Fresh food. Quick and easy BBQ recipe. BBQ food ideas.
