We were recently introduced to Korean inspired cooking with beef and lamb. Replacing Our Evening Meal with a Korean Inspired Meal
Last week, we replaced one of our evening meals with a Korean inspired meal. After years of trying to get my son to eat mince in any form, I thought it was worth trying the Korean crispy lamb recipe to see if he would like that. I usually make a tomato based sauce to go with mince so this Korean inspired recipe was different to my regular mince dishes. My son absolutely loved it and even had seconds.

This Korean dish was so easy to prepare and cook. I often worry that new recipes will require me to spend a long time figuring out what to do.
