Project 365 Day 3 Relaxing

This year, I have decided to take part in Project 365 with The Boy and Me.  I have often looked at posts from other bloggers and wanted to take part so this year is the year to do it.  I am looking forward to re-visiting all of the photos at the end of this year.  I think it will be a fantastic way to remember all the big and little moments from our everyday lives.

For day 1 and day 2 of Project 365, we spent quite some time walking the dog and exploring nature.  We also had a trip to the cinema to watch Paddington, although I didn’t get a photograph of us there.  We all really enjoyed it.

After our busy Christmas and New Year seeing family, we spent our first day of the year at home relaxing today.  My daughter enjoyed dressing up as a princess and a chef, we played Mr Men snap (many, many times) and read several of her new books.  My son played on his new tablet and both children helped to prepare dinner.  We watched Coraline on television as the children snuggled under their quilts so that they could feel more comfortable.  All in all, we had a really relaxing day.  We’ve only got a couple of days left of the holidays before School and Nursery starts again.  I think we will be making the most of the time we have got for the children to play with their new toys from Santa.

Love these frosty nights, they lead to such lovely days to go out in, the puddle pic is fab, both children enjoying the ice in different ways. Great to get them involved in the kitchen.
